Does operation cleanup include healthy eating too?

And I'm washing it down with a cup of warm malted milk.

My psychiatrist also gave me some valium because he thought if I stopped drinking cold turkey from the level I was, I could have a seizure but I never have in the past. I've also started taking vitamin B supliments to prevent Korsakovs but I'm still as sharp as a tack.

Another hot, sleepless night Raleigh. I'm really getting sick of this hot weather!

I only had Valium once.
When I was admitted to hospital for being suicidal.
They gave it to me, then gave me forms to fill out when I went across to Mental Health.
I couldn't remember where I lived, how old I was or what the date was.
At least I knew my name.

It's Autumn now.
Hopefully it'll start to cool off a little soon.
It's been a terrible summer.

I had a similar thing happen when I went into hospital. They asked my what the day and date was and who the prime minister was and I couldn't tell them but luckily, Julie the head nurse knew me from previous visits and knew it wasn't some kind of mental problem I had. She knew me and knew I just wan't interested in keeping up with the world.

Well, I was having a mental problem!
The Valium gave me mind blanks.

Yes, it was a bit.
I knew my name because it was on the envelope they gave me.

All valium seems to do to me is make me very light headed but different to drunk. I can still talk and think properly.
It's a bit like when you're a kid and you spin around in circles. That's very much what it's like for me. I prefer drink but I can't have it anymore :(
