Rental bikes, yes my friends and I rented a tandem bike once. It was fun.

Yes. No more than the trust required to get in the car with someone. While I'm at it, I'm grateful when a friend or associate offers me a ride.

the thing is, in a modern car you're protected by space and metal and padding and lap/shoulder belts and air bags. poor ol' Stevie Wonder almost got killed, though, in a 1973 wreck in which his '73 mercury marquis sedan [a hertz rental] got creamed while rear-ending a logging truck- one of the logs beamed Wonder right in the forehead and cracked his skull.

I am grateful I am not in jail or prison but give it a few weeks, I'll probably be there soon enough :twisted:

I hope that is never the case but it rains during storms and shines during the day in life, its definitely not more then I deserve.
