Had a nice long run this morning, but not as strong on the hills as I ought to be. Start-stop-start up Heartbreak Hill. I used to zoom up the hills like a zebra on steroids.

most of us are blessed with a zebra on steroids stage of life, but part of time means coming to terms with moving about like a zebra sans steroids. :bigsmurf:

This morning I walked 4 kilometres. I also worked on my work related side project. I stayed under my calorie limit.

The no-sugar-rule has been working for a week.

Today I am more focused and dealing better with the chaos around me.
