I don't get why it's so warm for this time of the year.

i think that thread belong in the off the wall quizes and games section really all those sorts of threads should be really and random discussion should be just for random discussion not games

I don't get it either, I am afraid if I join in, I might say something wrong and boom, I get a warning from the mods for doing it wrong.

One thing I've never understood.

I meet a nice person somewhere (e.g. at work), I can see they are kind, friendly, funny, a really decent sort of person.

But they don't like me and don't want to be my friend. However nice and friendly I am to them, they don't 'get' me and we have endless misunderstandings. In the end they distance themselves from me.

Yet I can see how nice and decent they are because they have lots of nice, decent friends and generally move in a lovely, friendly, kind circle of people.

So why don't they like me? They just give me this weird stare instead.

This has happened no end of times, I've never known why.

In that case, I should have died before I turned 30.

I don't get why us autistic adults don't get the supports we need.

I don't get why so many people believe everything they see in social media or in Hollywood movies. Don't get me wrong, if movies were exactly like real life they'd be really boring, but it's painful knowing people think what they see in them are true and are completely confused when they find out it's not true in real life at all.

Have you seen some of the stuff on there?!

It also applies to genuine mistakes. If we make a mistake but aren't particularly stupid, we get lucky and get saved too.

Me neither.

But I think people are just getting more selfish and don't care about others. Plus the health services are being run down by governments and people don't want to work there anymore, so there aren't enough services or people to help us.

It is not fair on any of us.

I don't get how people can just sit around outside and gossip all day. I think small talk is an idle waste of time. There are chores to get done and hobbies to work on.

I'm right with you there. I hate small talk. Get to the point or don't talk.

This stinks.

I was reading about "gamergate" yesterday and I don't get why some men are so easily threatened by something as trivial as women playing video games, or even worse, making their own games.

I don't get why people feel threatened when they see criticism about themselves or why small businesses would feel this way too. I know at least one website that will blacklist you so you can't order anything from their site. I believe they go by address. They act like they are attacked.
