Forgot to throw in the red potatoes so will do that now. Cubes of chuck, carrots, and celery in a beef broth.

Oh that's sounds so good. You're making my mouth water.

Cooked a few burgers in the middle of the night & ate 2 with a pint of some double IPA I bought in a neighbouring country while on a little international adventure yesterday. (lol I went to a marina in Washington state to get ethanol free gas for my motorcycle.) Might make the 3rd burger up and take it with me for a late lunch at the beach.

They are about the loveliest available without getting some sort of custom made burgers from an organic butcher or something. I buy frozen angus beef burgers from Costco - they’re even better tasting than The Keg sirloin burgers they sell. (Angus beef is amongst the most sought after breed of cow for premium steaks & burgers)

I’d cook ya some! Thanks to Costco I can cook premium burgers for a lower cost than cheapie regular ones from another grocery store. :D

Propane tank is full and there’s a glass awning over the patio so doesn’t even matter if it’s raining or snowing.. gets a little hard to light and heat up when it’s super cold out, though. Just let me know when you’ll be by. 8)

Currently making a giant batch of strawberry chocolate chip pancakes with a blend of sprouted spelt flour & chickpea flour w/ fibre and hempseeds. Also have a few chicken breasts cooking in a pan. Probably gonna eat pancakes and chicken for the rest of the week.

I've never cooked butternut squash before so I don't really know what I'm doing but I've diced it, put some butter and salt on it and I've put it in the oven on high. I hope it turns out ok.

Nice! 8) Tasty with a bit of brown sugar on it, too.

Finished my pancakes this morning. Still have some leftover chicken & veg from a few days ago as my roomie picked up Chinese for dinner a few days back and I picked up a roasted chicken at Costco last night etc etc so haven't been cooking much at all the last few days.

Maaaaybe I'll cook something later tonight, maybe.. maybe not until tmw. *shrug* Who knows? Haven't decided. Too many leftovers and convenience foods around + I'm a bit fat right now and don't Need to eat soooo.. yeah. But with exercise and physical work I'll be hungry more often.
