At the exact time of my birth, the asteriod Chestershircat (#6042) was passing across the eastern horizon relative to where I was born. It would not have been visible however because it's very far away and at the time I was born it was the middle of the day.

Asteroid 6042 is a "Mars-crosser" asteriod, which means its orbit crosses Mars' orbit.

Chromium in stainless steel, which helps harden the alloy, is what makes it corrosive-resistant. Chromium naturally produces a very thin ionizing field on the steel's surface that repells corrosive and oxidizing elements and compounds.

A recent scientific studies of bats found that in species of bats where females had several male mates to choose from, males had smaller brains and larger testicles. In species of bats where bats were monogamous, male bats had larger brains and smaller testicles. Researchers concluded that it indicates that when breeding is competitive, males do not developed as much intellectually.
