I had my turtles. I held one of them in my arms and tried to pet the head of the other one. She smiled at me.
Then I was at a beach doing some sort of work. A sea turtle asked me if it could help and said it was good at digging. It started digging and looked at me with those innocent lovely eyes and asked me what we were making.
It didn't surprise me in the least that one turtle smiled and another turtle talked.

^^^thats a pretty cute dream :D

I had one that i was working at a friends place my parents came over to take me to lunch at a wendys.we crossed the ontario border and ended up at our destination but an officer would not let us go up to the place so we had to order from far,we only got half our order and i was pissed off so i went in and wanted them to give back what they owed it ended up starting a kind of war but it wasn't bullets it was ice pellets.i eventually made my way back to our side of the border in the cover of a dense snow and sleet storm, made my way to a gas station or small restaurant and locked my self in with an Employee and a big foot and waited for them to come.i remember them getting there and ice pellets coming in under the doors.

There are many details i forgot,it was the first dream of the night

I had a few again last night(finally was able to get to sleep at five am)

I dreamt that we were having a wind storm,i was in my room and i saw the power lines bouncing up and down and finally one of them broke and was creating a big thick arc that was like fifteen feet long and very thick ,it was being pushed back and forth with the wind and was comming into the house periodically i put the animals in the living room and closed the door(to protect them) we also ended up with neighbourhood cats in the house so i put them with the others.the there was an ant problem.i figured it was because they were leaving the ground to go to safety (we have an ant problem here).then finally the power company came and fixed the lines.
Not as intense as my normal dreams but the arc it self was.

There was another and its part of a recurring theme of broken/unfinished bridges that i usually need to cross.i forget most of it but ended up under it and there were animals reminiscent of an animal in fallout(the game)and went to a wooden shack were a lady gave me plywood shoes with a piece of plywood protecting the inside of my legs( shin area) as they liked to attack them with there tusks.

I had this dream, I was in some mélange of all the cities I've been in, and I was a salesman for a company I used to work for [western furnaces in Tacoma] and in my company car I had just returned from a sales call, and on the way back to the office I decided to take a scenic detour downtown-
and no sooner than i got on the main drag i found my self looking for a parking spot, and there were none to be had. next thing i new i somehow parked my car [a money-green audi TT] atop a platform used for advertising things, it was a turntable up in the air that large products like cars and trucks and such were spun slowly around on so all the better for potential buyers to see them. and i went into the business office to try to get the car back down, and one friendly clerk got a serviceman to get up there and remove the car. but at the same time my boss at work caught wind of it and he sent a serviceman also and together they got the car down off the turntable. i was expecting to get fired when i got back to the office but instead i was shown that my official car was now up on blocks and covered in a car cover, the message being unmistakable- drive around in my own car on my own dime. then at quitting time i looked for the time clock and one of the secretaries told me "oh, you haven't been here in a while, have you? we did away with those a long time ago, it's on the honor system now." then we all dispersed into the parking lot at which point my dream ended.

I wonder how many other people here have an all-night-long bunch of dreams that blend into one another?

I do that! I just wake up with tiny slips of memories, but it's really weird because it feels like where I was was really special and real, but all I have is that feeling and those wisps. I wish I could remember more.

sometimes one has to struggle to pull out from the haze enough details of a dream to form a narrative. sometimes the dreams blend into one another and one must assemble a grand narrative out of very sketchy material.

I used to dream I was awake and doing stuff, then I'd awake from that, only to awake again. It was confusing. The latest weird dream involved bears on the porch, but in reality it was just raccoons tearing down the bird feeder. :D

Try peppermint oil,and there is a hot pepper oil in the Asian food section,Ty-Ling,I think. You may have to reapply.Maybe oil of clove,I stopped a dog from chewing the arms off a old rocking chair with that.Raccoons usually eat all my fruit,I have a new orchard planted in a block,I'm stringing solar electric fence. They know when the sweet corn is ready, they are one of the biggest and cutest pests ever.

let me tell you what the various nuisance control officers have told me- garlic is something they like. pepper oil they get used to quickly. they have been known to punch holes in the wood of houses to get in. they can certainly dig under any barrier you put in. they can move small boulders if they have to. electric fence won't stop them unless it is lethal strength which is illegal most places. they can still charge at you in a full rage even if you have ventilated them with a .40 caliber round or two or three. the only solution for them is a 12 ga. shooting double-00 buck at close range. I shot one in the eyes with ammonia, it was absolutely ineffective. they are tough little mothers.

Wow,you have some bad ass raccoons. An a aunt had them tear off part of a chicken house roof to get in,they can drown a dog if it follows a coon into the water,it will climb on the dogs head and hold it underwater.
There was a little one here that hung around,it was cute curled up in a tree,I'm sure it ate part of the peaches.
