I think I just had my first seizure.

I need to make an appointment with the jaw surgeon ASAP but they're closed in the weekend I'm in actual pain rn

I woke up.

My mom accused me of giving the landline phone number for
our home to random people.

@ HL: How severe do you think was this seizure?

My back hurts so f*****g bad.

Anxiety again.

My next appointment with my therapist will be on March 23rd.

Did not sleep well last night. I had trouble falling asleep.

My mom just sent me an email saying my father slipped on the ice outside and had to go to the emergency room. He didn't break any bones but he's in a lot of pain and discomfort right now.

Every time I wake up I find out something bad has happened, but I never thought my dad would get end up getting hurt today. And now my mom has to look after him, so I'll have to do my grocery shopping alone. The crazy thing is just yesterday I mailed my mother saying I wanted to do my shopping alone because I'm sick of writing up and sending her my grocery lists every week. Now I feel even more like scum.

I ran out of cream cheese, and I'm unshowered so I can't just go get more. It would be dark and cold by the time my hair dried.

Okay, maybe I could make it. But Sunday afternoon? The shelves will be bare. This store isn't exactly any good.

Anxiety again.

Bad carer day. Almost caught a hypertonic myoclonic jerk fist to my jerk face, which would have been the best part of it all if it connected, really. My reflexes make me die harder than I should. It'll always hit you when a loved one cries in pain from a syndrome, always.

Disability moment with some phone calls that reminds me I'm not as functional as I sometimes think (it's just talking after all). To be fair, I did fine and someone else made a mistake, not me. Being relatively independent in the face of all of what I have is something I should be happy for, and I'd still be such without this place; I'd just live in a caravan or something, because group homes can go to hell.

Hated myself even more today than usual for unhappy things.

I guess people panic buying all of the bottled water when there's no real need to for most of them around here, as that one upset a loved one.
