I'm embarrassed to admit that Hanson is one of my favourite bands after The Kinks, The Monkees and The Beatles.

I finally have an ending for my novel.

Sometimes all it takes is a deep breath. Like a habit or exercise, it becomes easier and (surprises me) more effective. Now that I know better how it feels when I am at the center, I can slide into it more often.
