Are you saying sleep patterns actually do have a place in this thread then? :)

Sure! Why not? Sleep patterns are totally random (besides the process of sleep and it's patterns and anything that has to involve it may be one of my special interests).

My sleep pattern is completely out of kilter at the moment. I don't like it when I'm trying to get to sleep around sunrise, but it's happened too much recently. Summer time does that to me.

Same for me!

There is a way to change it, but there are too many factors for me to consider...like my running and eating times. Plus it's kinda fun to be awake when nobody else in the family is and get the house to myself (quietly).

Anyways, if you do want to change it, you just have to consciously decide to go to be 30 minutes bed earlier (and hour is too much, and 15 minutes won't make a difference) and then make a routine. Too bad summer is lame for routines.

I can sometimes go to bed an hour earlier, but it's tricky.
I don't have a major sleep problem, like some do, but it does take me a while to get to sleep because I just feel so awake for a while once I get in bed...

I take medication for sleep, but it only works if I actually go to bed. I must get some sleep as I have to mow the lawn in the morning.

Good night all. Sweet Dreams.

Yea, it's tricky because i's a huge leap, whereas 30 minutes is manageable.

I used to, and kinda do now. That's why I have to exercise or I won't sleep.

You shouldn't just lie in bed if you aren't tired. I've read that is the worst thing to do (and I think I used to be an insomniac before I started running, and this would get on my nerves if I was told to do, so I ignored my parents, good thing I did...ended up being the correct thing).

I used to, and the stuff didn't work on me. Haha, that is good theory. Have fun mowing the lawn

Good night!

2005. The year that the last of London's Routemasters were taken off the streets on Friday, December the 9th. Nothing compared to the death of someone you love and look up to. The Pete Quaife thing is the perfect example. A bus doesn't touch the hearts of young rebels the way that a rock icon does.

The worse feeling will come when my dog or my parents pass away into Heaven. I'll have to wait many years to see them again.

... I already didn't sleep last night, and it is currently almost 1:30 AM.

These sleeping medications are those of futility, I'm telling you! And I'm already taking slightly more than usual because I'm growing a tolerance of sorts.

SLEEP SLEEP IN NEEEEEEEEED

I'm with you on that, maybe I should try nightquil or something.

Medicines are pointless. I used to take them, and they did nothing and made me sick. Try exercising during the day and as long as you work as hard as you can, you WILL fall asleep. Or, if you want to know, it will probably take 1-3 hours later until you get to bed, but you will sleep.

Oh, and it's midnight now! Happy 4th everybody!! !! !
