Seeing an old picture of me was slightly triggering.

Anxiety

Started feeling lightheaded at work, which sucked.

I miss my FXE.
It seems that I will not be able to speak to him for over 36 hours.

Impulsively ate the chocolate (only) off of two big kit kats

People.

My father taking all of the tools with him is still bothering me years later, because I eventually realize I need a specific one when doing something indoors or outdoors, think I have it because Dill's brain is stuck in time, but nope, it's gone to the void where the psychopathic narcissists go to once they're done with you, never to be seen from again. I need some files. I guess I'll order a set of chisels when I do, as I can use them for a hobby too (wood carving).

I guess I'm feeling a little sad for an estranged sibling. I probably shouldn't, but I do.

Nothing today, couldn’t go to work but I’m not mad about it, my neighbor hasn’t complained about my noise, Monday was rough because my psychologist appointment was canceled which my heart was set on. I asked to find a different psychologist but I’m thinking of if I miss my scheduled day not waiting until next week but reschedule for sometime later in the same week.

I have to do overtime tomorrow too.

Work tomorrow, trying to pull off seeming like a normal person. I feel like i dont even exist nowadays i am constantly exhausted and looking forward to sleeping

My dad came home drunk and kept me up all night, and now I have to go work overtime.

Anxiety

One of my cat's whiskers is burnt / sizzled on the end.
She likely tried to get at something hot that was cooking.
It can be extremely disabling for a kitty to have a damaged whisker.

Also someone is treating their dog like crap outside.
It's been crying for two hours, near where we heard domestic violence a few weeks ago.
We reported the DV to police.
I'm about to report the dog.

I think my sister has a ulcer. She has gone to the emergency room.
