My bio class is over. The final exam was today. I'M FRETTING.
I'm going to focus on the job interview I have coming up this week (gulp, I'm f*****g terrified but also excited), and getting rid of a bunch of things in the house that we don't need/use/want.
I'm hoping to every god that ever existed that all the stars will align for me in my immediate future. I just need everything to work out.

Great idea :D and what kind of dog?

Thank you. :D I dunno, maybe a small, yappy adorable dog. Maybe a Chihuahua.

they are adorable.

I was raised with Chihuahuas, and lots of hamsters. One of the Chihuahuas was nearly my best friend (I had best friends at school).

I've only ever seen the short-haired ones for real, but they were so cute and friendly .

After the initial yapping, they are very cute and friendly.

What's on my mind: I cleaned and scrubbed the bathroom today, and I'm very proud.

I like the phrase 'heart energy'

Not ducks in a row though as it hard to understand immediately

At Sick Kids right now. It has been a long day. My truest king is asleep now.

He was quite hyper n happy at one point n quite autistic-ish which obviously was really dangerous for himself n others... I was like a football player running around with him ..

basically i never saw any other kid like that here ever over the years. Definitely severest ASD . feel quite resentful at parents who only have kids with much easier to handle ASD...

Not only do their kids get more understanding n acceptance.. they also get to be 100 times safer in these situations n their parents can sit peacefully for 1 minute without fear.
Yet they whine endlessly as though severe ASD doesnt exist

Thanks, Stardust, yes, I've done alot of building before, taught art, built a few dolls houses(therapy for children in need), that kind of thing. Trains, I've long loved, and with MG's expert guidance, am putting together a 6 x 4(pretty large) train layout. Have the bits and pieces now, and am soo looking forward to creating handmade/painted scenes/backdrops, mountains etc and a Welsh scene with castle on the hill(Llandsteffan) where I recently stayed, by the beach.

Cool! I'd love to know how to make doll houses and stuff :) I've done a bit of terrain modelling for Christmas displays (making bases for houses that look like mountains and painting them), but a would like to learn more of this sort of thing :). Your plans sound lovely. I'm very interested in Welsh history at the moment (particularly medieval), so I will look the castle up :)

Thanks, Stardust. Eventually, I'll try to post some photos and information on putting such things together, the processes involved, and some good resources, materials and sites. Can understand your interest in History ... I took both Ancient & Modern History classes while in Aus, though chose Nursing, Child Development, Social Sciences at Uni Level. I'm loving every moment of soaking up the history and learning more and more as I go from country to country as they years go on... I taught American & British History, and am only just delving into Welsh history now ... fascinating ... There are so many hidden gems in Wales, the most beautiful coastline, stunning castles, churches and scenery... I'll be exploring both Wales and the US some more next year and taking lots of photos as usual, which will come in handy for the Welsh scenes I'm hoping to create and incorporate into this new Rail Board(I'm making my layout from a female perspective ... and I love to be able to get lost in the WWII era, complete with Spitfire & Tornado planes, genuine models of transport from that era in miniature form cars, buses, military vehicles, RAF buildings, complete with RAF uniformed personnel etc)... all of this involves quite a bit of research and I'm loving it! Would love to see your art/work if wish to share, in the future ... :)

I think I just heard an earth tremor at 3:22 am in Sicily. It sounded like a freight train, the windows rattled.

It could be less than a month until I'm moving into my own place 8O

I highly doubt I'll be hearing anything back from the program I applied for at this point, so my options are either have a go at it on my own or continue living with my parents indefinitely. I'm so tired of just waiting and waiting and waiting, so I'm going to try to actually do something, and it looks like my only option is to jump straight into the deep end if I don't want someone or something to pull me back when I've barely even thought about getting my toes wet.

So tired of places that just don't bother contacting you if you aren't accepted, hired, etc. I just want to know one way or the other, for goodness' sake - is that really so much to ask?
