It's already Sunday. How did I end up doing absolutely nothing on Saturday? - By sleeping it away as usual. Slept until 4pm and then went back to bed at 7pm.

How could I have slept this much? It's already nearly 5pm. My Sunday is pretty much gone. Do I have a health problem that makes me sleep 2/3 of the day?

I want to drink and/or smoke weed. I need better coping mechanisms.

Had to wait for over 45 minutes to get a blood test taken... it's been a while since it's taken that long.

I can't do that much for my sister and her failing relationship, even though they both still love one another. A few years and the kids will have attachment there. I guess this is too personal to talk about any more though. It's over useless stuff, which...I guess is how it goes all too often.

I suppose if love is still there, there's always hope.

Maybe I should let her know the "why", which probably won't go over all that well and I wouldn't be able to handle it at all, but I care more for the happiness of her kids. We'll see.

I almost cried at work because I got frustrated at myself, and a few of my coworkers kept looking at me so they obviously noticed, which was really embarrassing.

The inevitable shite-show of "organising a family gathering".
Getting a group of autistic people on the same page at the same time isn't easy.
Then add PTSDs, anxieties, routines, meltdowns, and our desire to be alone.
Don't forget the alcoholics.
It's like torture every time.
