I think I have tried something similar but things like that don't work for me.

Nah, can't digest dairy, and soy ice-cream was a bit too expensive to try.

Sure I do, but it doesn't like me! Dough, wheat, dairy, mushrooms, oregano, basil, even tomato concentrate is too demanding for my gallbladerless digestive system.

I usually drink only tea in the morning, but perfect breakfast (if my digestive system would allow it) would be some Italian food.
