Went out into the front garden at about 5:30 am and managed to remove about 5%-10% of the weeds that have taken it over since about March-April.

Went to social skills class for the first time since I really started to get sick, I was very nervous about having to explain things, but it wasn’t actually that bad, and now I’m not really nervous about attending the summer camp run by the same organization with a lot of people who would have noticed my absence and change of appearance (I have been to this camp before, so it isn’t a new thing for me, just the social interaction that I was worried about).

Mowed and edge trimmed the grass at my new house.
Got some basic gardening done repotting some new native plants I bought.
Haven't moved in as of yet, about 3 or 4 weeks to go until the workmen bugger off and I give it a good clean.
Starting to feel more like a Sydneysider even though I've still got my pad in Melbourne.
It's certainly warmer here than Melbourne this time of year, not to mention the COVID issue down there.
Watching the news it seems COVID has popped up in Bondi....

I didn't know until quite recently about the existence of this song - I read about it for the first time in Samuel Pepys' diary :D I can play only such a kiddie Polish song The Apples" on the flute - I learnt to do it in the third grade of elementary school :) I still remember it even after so many years :)

I quelled another panic by showing that the associated rumors had no basis in reality.

Worked out, not as much as I would have liked, but my body is reminding me that it is still not back to full strength. But a lot better than nothing.

I was able to isolate an emotion, and name it. That's a big deal for me because of Alexithymia.

In the past I might have called my emotion "stress" or "anxiety", in vague blanket terms. Today I was able to think about the feeling more clearly, and I realised it's likely considered "apprehension". It might even be called "dread".
I can't describe how it feels physically, but I'm pretty sure that's what I'm experiencing mentally.

It felt like a breakthrough for me to name a feeling using more precise terms.
