I have a bad headache and I am still getting really overwhelmed by light. I almost had a meltdown this morning because of the sun + the fact there were a lot of people that were being loud, so I had to go on a walk by myself and try to calm down.

Summer's almost over. Kids are going back to school. I'm having flashbacks of my own back to school experiences. Not fun.

I've been having random, intense surges of anxiety that make me feel like I'm about to have a panic attack. That happened earlier today and it was embarrassing, because I started shaking for no reason and I had to stop what I was doing to calm down.

People staring at me in the store. Every time I go in public at least a couple people end up staring at me, I think people think I'm on drugs or something because I find it hard to just stay still and I fidget a lot. This time an old couple made eye contact w/ me and glared at me while they passed us. It gave me really bad anxiety.
