People would rather say rude things than kind things to each other. I just don't understand it.

Anxiety

Did not sleep well last night.

My coworkers acting cold to me bc my employer praised me in front of them.
I don't get people and their irrational childish behavior. Get over it ffs.

I almost had a panic attack during lunch for no reason. I felt severe anxiety/dread out of nowhere and started shaking, so I just threw my food away and sat in the bathroom until I calmed down.

Okay so today will be very challenging for a change. I had nightmares so I slept bad. I woke up early and my sensitivities today are very very bad, can't even wear any of my usual safe clothes, they nearly made me gag but its too cold to be without so I just have to deal feeling nauseous and irritated. Even my own hair is really irritating my skin so I'm wearing a beanie to keep it from touching my face or neck.

My neighbor has a new baby next doors and upstairs is a bad flooring insulation/stomper which usually both I can hear but can deal with or even ignore, but now they are really amplified so I'm hoping they will leave for work and be quiet today because I am too sensitive to even wear headphones and earphones at the moment. On top of that it's been promised to be clear and bright sunny weather for the next three days which is horrible for me even in the best of circumstances, already feeling kind of nauseous and the sun isn't even properly up.

I guess all I can really do is try to keep busy and calm with things that are relaxing and hope today goes by quickly and that my sensitivities can calm down again soon.

The mandarin orange wasn't sour enough.
