Injustice is on my mind. Systematic corruption, ableism, and bullshite.

I've had enough of it and it seems others have had, too.

How oblivious I am about some of what seems to be going on in the world right now, and wondering if I should try to change that, or what. Maybe people are just freaking out. Maybe it has seemed extra quiet around town lately because people are freaking out and isolating.
Also wishing I was a little more competent mathematically.

I'm probably about the only person who doesn't start panicking when they have a sudden, sharp pain in their chest, right around the heart area. The thing is, I get these kinds of pains all over my body at random times, usually only for a few seconds, and then it's like they never happened (I call them "random pains"). So I waited a few seconds and sure enough, it went away just like any other random pain. I'll only get concerned if it happens again in that area.

My parents are my reason for living, i wouldn't enjoy life without them. Lately i want to sleep all the time whenever i am away from home. But i cant fall asleep whenever i want.

Thanks. Yeah, I love my mum. She's the person I'm closest to. I love the rest of my family too but I really love her. They're arguing about who's immunocompromised but at least they're staying home to protect each other. Seems other people are doing now.

Our government is stupid & I hope this wakes 'anti vaxers' up to how stupid the idea of 'herd immunity' without vaccines is.

I had fun at the trail by the creek with my younger and he was the one who wanted to go.

It was great .

Have you met one before? They're utterly convinced that vaccines make us less healthy; the same health scares that make the rest of us grateful for all the advances of modern medicine seem to make them all the more assured that vaccines are a problem.

My first act of true rebellion was getting myself MMR vaccinated as soon as I’d moved out to uni.
(My dad has refused it for us due to the whole “it causes autism” scare set off by that fraud Wakefield)

100% of people who don't get vaccinated die! And they'll make people sick in the meantime!

Yeah, I know: last year sometime we had a radio comedy on at dinner time and one of them went off in a rant about the feckless selfishness of people not vaccinating their kids, my wife thought he was being too harsh, but I pointed out that being gentle doesn’t seem to get through so...

Personally I’d like to see legal penalties for non-compliance with vaccination programmes

 but I have a bit of an authoritarian streak, so of course I would

^ Excellent!
How about three weeks hard labour per vaccine refused plus your kids are vaccinated whilst you’re doing your time?

I really really have to say something as I see so much ignorant broad-brushstroking online about children and vaccines specifically.

Just an FYI doctors often advise against certain or most vaccines if a child is medically fragile. This isn't a one-off, this can be life or death and is common practice.
Certainly the case with my elder son specifically. His doctor since he was 2, wouldn't let us give him most vaccines and even now he is behind compared to his age group, simply for this reason. He has had to be hospitalized in the past.

Those kids and their parents aren't the targets of the criticism, since they're the people anti-vaxxers are putting at the most danger (besides their own kids).
