More detailed and comprehensive history books that tell the facts as they are, such as AP US history. It should really be taught to everyone, people need to have a better grasp of where they come from.

hmm. not sure but, a trip to Africa would be interesting in itself..

Societally, perhaps, but as individuals, I don't think that the spirit of humanity can be killed or weakened.
