Even when things are as good as it gets, every day, feel like gorging

Nothing to do all day long

Menstrual cycle

Have to take the 5:18 or 5:48 bus to get to 7 am aikido

Because of spring break, there was no aikido on Monday

No precious lil "friends"

What I want to eat costs too much $$ and my metabolism is slower than others my age, race. Man or woman

When I eat the slightest thing wrong, bowel movements take a lot of time and energy

The definition of what is correct for me to eat, for the purpose of bowel movements, is pretty narrow

Cold March mornings that feel like December and January mornings. Pretty soon, summer will be winter and winter will be summer.

I'm also annoyed that I was afraid to show my true colours sooner.

A sign on the bus said that the bus schedule changed on Sunday

The schedule on the bus stop is still the old one

Can't look it up online without an App

Apps cost $$

The bus schedules on the bus do not list all bus stops

So I had to get to the bus stop anal retentively early

Bowel movements usually take thirty to sixty minutes

With straining

And I have to go out of my own way to go to bathrooms with more than one toilet

I need a dysfunctional amount of sleep. Eight hours. To function optimally

:jester: and :skull: optimally  is not that great

Paranoid that I got diabetes or a disease like that

Chronos

Five liters water a day

Nine servings fruit and vegetables total

Of those nine, two come from exotic bean salad, Mediterranean lentil salad, or epicurean tofu

Lately, trying (small successes, usually) to eat more veg and less fruit. Carrots and tomatoes . Often eat one of each per day

Yogurt and milk. At least one serving of each per day

Wontons. About two servings a week. Chicken, pork, veg

Assorted meat. About two servings a week

Usually boiled chicken

Candy. One and a quarter servings a day.

Kit Kat, twix, Reese's

Grains, five a day. Servings. Usually whole wheat naan. Cereal limit one serving a day

No alcohol for several years

No drugs, not even prescription drugs. Just over the counter Robitussin

Sleep 9pm to 5am almost every day

Last year, pretty much gave up Clif bars

All that sugar

Potatoes and yams pretty much gave up

Used to eat two to four servings of yams a day

Even gave up inari sushi

Deep fried tofu

Twenty one grams sugar for four piece inari sushi

That's the same as in a Kit Kat

But inari sushi does not taste sweet

You should be getting plenty of fiber. I've had some problems with constipation for a couple years now. I've been irregular my whole life & then I suddenly started being very gassy despite my eating habits & meds not changing for a while. My constipation got worse around then too. My docs have been focused on me eating more fiber which I started doing & also taking a fiber supplement. I'm also prescribed a stool softener that I'm supposed to take two of as needed but instead I take 1 every couple days cuz I feel like i need the help regularly & things can get liquidy if I take it more often for abit. I think it's called something like Doc-Q-Lace. I'm still gassy despite my constipation being better thou.

At the bus stop a stranger offered me quarters

And he offered me food

And I said "no thanks"

And he said "why no?"

So I looked away

But his hands looked filthy

Besides if I were to have taken the quarters he might have (correctly or wrongly) expected something in return

On the same bus a woman sitting behind me asked me for a quarter

And I felt uncomfortable and I said "sorry"

But maybe panhandling on the bus violates the law. It is an enclosed location

It's different to panhandle on the street

My mom being very picky about what she likes to read.

Her birthday is on April 8th and she likes to read adventure novels. Unfortunately, I was unable to find anything that she would find appealing, so I bought a copy of The Maltese Falcon and the sci-fi noir novel Made To Kill.

I get swept away by England and than I lose that groove. It would be funny if I got hit in the head by a baseball and than I woke up at my parents place and said, "I want to watch Coronation Street!" than my parents would shout, "Hooray! He's back!"

It would help me to see England as an old flame. A flame that shouldn't have happened at that. The flame that I forced upon me when I learned that my last name is British. My dad's heritage is 2 thirds British and 1 third German.
