I successfully delivered tornado therapy, and shut down for 24 hours with Van Halen.

I hate this heat so much. I'm not looking forward to next year since it just gets hotter and hotter.

My daughter is terrified of tornadoes. It's not a specific therapy. I just had to improvise.

I wish I knew. All I can do normally is to let her vent (no pun intended :P ) and ensure she knows how to be safe.

tornados make a lot of noise, but one should remember to keep the windows closed, and to put on some loud brown noise on the stereo [pipe it from https://noises.online/ ] to mask it. turn the bass all the way up, as tornados and other windstorms are bass-heavy.

Amazing for me. I was totally anxious with too much to do. So I rescheduled two appointments to next month. I know it sounds crazy but I really get anxious about rescheduling appointments.

But I did it. It all went well. I could work the rest of the day without the anxiety.
