brief opinion! I don't find nails so delicious, maybe if covered with chocolate, now that would be something.

Profound but rare, or common and often?

if rare means the same as "uncommon", and it appears at regular, certain intervals and it is a matter of WHEN and not IF, i'd always take the profound, if i knew that it would be there. otherwise, no...i like certainty...

Living on an island or high in the mountains?

I have recently been applying for rental properties... *drumroll* high in the mountains

Went and inspected one a couple of days ago, I assume I'll hear back about it tomorrow when the work week begins.

Even stranger still; the banner ads I'm getting at the moment are mainly rental ads and classifieds for pianos. The house I inspected is directly to the right of my cursor. Gward, I hope I get some good news tomorrow- this place backs out onto a national park, is part of a larger group of houses but affords me the privacy I so desire.

The township is amazing and focused on arts and crafts; a little bit hippie but a bit more upper class I guess. Seems to have a lot of people around who grew out of/away from the drug subculture... Perfect for me. A little bit spooky I guess (I'd have to walk a kilometer through some pretty dark bush roads to get home after work,) but I did my research last night and there aren't any prevalent paranormal tales about the area and the local yowie (bigfoot) hunters say there's no activity in the area. I'm only half-joking here. The interesting thing is that a lot of reputable locals say that there are wild panthers/big cats in the area! Sort of a little bit terrifying. Anyway... I'm rambling. Here's hoping for confirmation so I can start packing and planning.

What is your dream living situation/career combo? Note that the career part doesn't have to be a conventional job. Personally, I'd love to live in that very mountain range, doing wood carvings/sculpture and writing music.
