I just found out the police are after a guy who shot some other man and they're advising us to watch out for him and to keep our doors and windows locked. Pretty scary. I sure hope they catch him before he harms anyone else.

Strangely enough, I didn't get an alert on my phone, I only found out when I checked the weather forecast on the computer. :?

Lately I feel really depressed and like I have so much anxiety that I can't relax at all. I haven't been able to get much actual sleep either.

My mom is ill with vertigo. They ran all sorts of tests but couldn't find anything wrong. I talked with her on the phone thankfully, our family friend is taking care of her. I wish i didn't have to work so i could help

I was misgendered before I even walked out of my apartment building. Some pink-haired woman in a wheelchair shouted out, "Good morning, ladies!" I felt so dysphoric that I put Schultz on my head.

I had an asthma attack at work again. It wasn't as bad or as prolonged this time, but I still started feeling dizzy at one point.

I really hate having asthma attacks because I can't ever get a deep enough breath, and it's almost like the more I try to get a decent breath the worse it gets.
