I feel like I want to scream and ram my head against a wall. I've barely slept these past few days and I feel so overwhelmed all the time.

My tics are really bad now and I've started tearing out strands of hair again. I can't stop myself from constantly doing these stupid facial tics, and I've already ripped out so many strands of hair the past few days.

Instant coffee tastes like sweet potato-flavored candies as always.

I have no money until Welfare Wednesday. It's my doing. I know what I need to do. Stop buying scratch tickets.

I just found out some kind of dry shampoo made by Dove in Canada because it contains a chemical that causes cancer.

Of course everything causes cancer, but the shampoo must really be cancerous if they're recalling it.

I never bought the shampoo myself, but I don't understand why "they" don't make 120% certain a product is safe until after they send it out into the public. I guess they just don't care. Until there are public reports of people start getting poisoned or hurt from it, anyway.
