Amazing for me. I was totally anxious with too much to do. So I rescheduled two appointments to next month. I know it sounds crazy but I really get anxious about rescheduling appointments.

But I did it. It all went well. I could work the rest of the day without the anxiety.

That makes very good sense, as I often get stressful; when, it comes to rescheduling appointments as such.

Boxed up school supplies + the school computer to return them. I also exercised and stretched.

Managed to water the front and back gardens; though, it's probably going to rain

Caught my first scarab beetle and golden stag in Animal Crossing New Horizons. I got so incredibly frustrated trying to find these and a few other insects last year (arthropods, fish, and other collectibles are only available in certain months and certain times of day) and have been waiting impatiently for them to return. Now if I could only find some gosh-dang scorpions…

Surprisingly I did. One of the unexpected benefits of staying calm is more rapid restoration of feeling good again.

Today I survived yet another trip to the dentist.

I played all 8 of Thomas Arne's piano sonatas. Not very well, but I played 'em.

There are a few characters who are frogs and one who I think is supposed to be a chameleon. But otherwise, yep.

Six hours of deep-cleaning filthy stairwells at work. They're like 5-storey greenhouses in this weather, so I'm pleased I got through it without collapsing from heatstroke! It's the end-of-term changeover in our halls of residence. Due to a lung condition and a local Covid outbreak, I'm not supposed to work in student bedrooms at the moment. Kind of glad the alternate work they found for me was so gruelling- I feel less of a putz this way.
