Covid denial nonsense of Fakebook. I told them that if flu and covid were the same thing then we wouldn't need separate vaccines for them, but I know idiots and reason are like oil and water.

When I'm tired and sitting at my desk, I sometimes fall asleep momentarily, and sometimes wake up gasping for air. It's like I stop breathing when I pass out or something. It's normal for it to happen a few times per day. It happened hundreds of times yesterday.

Sleep apnea? You'd better see your doctor and get tested for it. Sleep apnea can affect your wake hours pretty badly. I was tested because I sleep so much (I can easily sleep 12h/day) and am still sleepy, but it turned I'm breathing normally during my sleep. I hope you can get it fixed whatever it is.

I have apnea too, but I couldn’t tolerate the CPAP machine so I could die any night.

Unhappy: Someone finished my Jim Beam.

Going back to my old flat to clean it and hand the keys in with my neighbours smell of dog crap.
