That's the funny thing auntblabby - I don't speak Spanish.

I wish I could remember, maybe someone could translate for me. Sadly the actual words didn't stay with me.

Foreign Language
To hear or speak a foreign language in your dream indicates a message from your subconscious that you do not yet understand. Alternatively, you may not be making yourself clear to others. To dream that you are studying a foreign language suggests that you are having difficulties expressing your thoughts. You are confronted with some unfamiliar problem that you do not know how to approach and resolve in your waking life.

^ Or it could be that I spend at least three hours a day studying foreign languages, and I am getting on a plane to go overseas today.

Still not quite sure why it was Spanish though, or what Cornflake has to do with it.

Thanks for your interpretation blabby, it is always interesting to talk to you. :)

I had a nightmare where there had been an apocalypse. I had survived and I was hiding out in Russia or maybe far north in Asia, and my whole family had died. It wasn't really a zombie apocalypse, but there had been this huge disaster involving a diasease that made you zombie-like, which is what started the whole apocalypse in the first place. I was with an armed proffesionnal who was German, who I had fled with... We were camping out in the forest when a girl with the disease just somehow managed to get into the forest surrounding our base, and we were alone. She attacked, and he pulled out a gun and we got ready to kill her... Then, she just leapt right onto me and started attacking me.. she had really long claw-like nails and she bit right into my leg. All of a sudden, more diseased people came along, but they were more focused on the other guy who was in the base. I screamed for him to help me, because he was right beside me and had weapons, but he just stood there and did nothing. In order for me to not develop the disease (Which was transferred when she bit me) he shot me in the chest.

I can feel pain in my dreams, and the dream was so realistic (I felt like it was real) that I thought I had died when I woke up in the morning. I also have a bad habit of harming myself in my sleep, and I woke up with scratches all down one leg and a huge, red scrape across my chest. It's like I try to simulate the injuries I get in my dreams while I sleep, and it's creepy as hell. It took a week or two for the scratches on my chest and legs to go away... Not very fun.

I dreamt that some meanie [a "little blue man" :) ], pale-skinned and dressed in blue short-sleeved shirt and blue dungarees and with military-short brown hair, was squeezing my hand and threatening to squeeze it off, until I kicked him in the balls, at which point I awoke to find my left leg kicking in mid-air and my right hand balled up in a tight fist. strange.

I was travelling on a London Underground tube train but the train stopped due to a technical problem. I got off the train then was transferred onto the tracks on a skateboard type contraption but I had difficulty engaging the device with the power rail. I then got back on the broken down tube train and had a verbal altercation with the actress Jessie Wallace.

Last night's dream.

I had my own little cottage house and was having a date with someone I've only just spoken to a few times recently online. It was really weird and involved me trying to get some old sausage rolls and glue from out the back of a radiator while she was in the outside toilet which was in a little hut up a ladder. And when she came back, a horrible, big black spider (it was like a big ball of black wool) climbed out of a cuckoo clock and ran along the side wall after me.

In the same dream was my lost cat (got a missing cat atm), but he had been turned into a dark grey macaque monkey and was riding a mini segway bike. I had another dream about him recently where a ferret boy had turned him into a ferret and he didn't recognise me any more.

Little translation for anyone puzzled:
Sausage rolls = Pastry-wrapped sausage
Radiator = The type that gives off heat in your house, stuck to the wall. People in the US might think of cars
Cuckoo clock = Clock that drives you cuckoo
Ferret = Ferret

Last night:

I had a dream that I was the Team Leader in charge of the Project. I can't remember exactly what the Team was trying to do, but it didn't work. Two of them had hangovers and the other two were high. We had to swim to shore, avoiding the zombie dolphins and... the courgettes.
Edit: I remembered. We were programming stars and ensuring that the vegetables were watered properly.

Later I had a dream about trying to get a class of four year olds to build a helicopter out of uncooked spaghetti. They only spoke Spanish. I blame the team building activities, the spaghetti challenge and the local primary schools' sports festival.

The last dream: My grandparents' dog was a giant tarantula. A very cute and friendly giant tarantula. I watched her chasing some small purple rodents. They looked like stretched rats. I have no idea why I had this dream, but it was much nicer than the others.
