No more chia seeds for me.

Tried making a chia pudding. It's my first time. And taking that much fiber hadn't harmed me.

Made chia seeds soaked in milk.
Milk was still good 3 days after but the chia seeds hadn't able to expand much which to my disappointment.

I like it still and tried to be so cautious too since there's a wrong way of eating it.

Took like 2 spoons over 24 hours later which was Monday night.
Another 2 spoons the next morning which was yesterday. Another 2 spoons last night. That's when my bowel cycle was "moved".

Had at least a quarter liter worth of drink before and after taking.

Then another 2 spoons earlier this morning and 2 spoons a while ago.
2 hours later after eating some snacks along with that, I vomited. Which was, well, about 10 minutes ago.

Seeds were more than a day soaked, I hydrated a lot before consuming, and had to limit my in take.
So where did I go wrong?
Or rather, the fff is my body doing wrong?

Maybe I'm in trouble.
Maybe I'm not.

Lost my dinner out. And my snack before lunch...
I couldn't seem to even keep water down. Probably because I was foolish enough to drink a lot instead of sipping.

Regardless how I like the snack, no more chia seeds for me unless it's very, very limited.

I ripped a hole in my favorite pair of leggings. It’s the second pair I’ve wrecked this week.

I don't get why people who accuse others of being judgemental & mean towards them are often aLOT more judgemental & hateful than the people they are accusing. I often see this in the news & even on this forum & I'm f#cking sick of it. I'm afraid this may he part of hew-mon nature & I hate people & myself for being a hew-mon who's just as hypocritcal :(

^ If it's who I'm thinking of, that's not your fault dude, we had a difficult exchange last night.

If it's not who I'm thinking of , it's still not your fault.

My cat hit me in the eye. I cannot do any work without having bad anxiety, I can get dizzy too. I got very dizzy cleaning a little bit once. Do Aspergers get dizzy? It was too sunny in my bathroom, I have a window in my tub, you can sunbathe in my bathtub
