Chickens suck at reciprocating kindnesses.

Maybe if they were more appreciative ..perhaps that would give you motivation.

Well, they do give us free eggs...so that's some kind of reciprocation. But they are the least appreciative creatures on this planet!

I used to have three pet chickens who I loved dearly. A rooster named Casanova and two hens named Siren and Harpy.

All I managed to do for an entire hour and half, was just nothing but laying down with eyes closed in the dark.

So my head won't turn off. So my body's being fussy. Another one of these nights.

Just hope mum stays safe tomorrow and wish they hadn't given her any work outside the home at all until her doctor had talked to them :x

She gets it, best case scenario is hospital.

And she's doing what she did when I was 9. Telling me not to worry. I'm a grown up so I'm worried for her, her white lies don't work anymore.

Right now, 6:00PM, the temperature is 97 degrees, we have a 3,000 acre fire going in the mountain community, mass evacuations, I cannot even walk 2 blocks to the donut shop, it’s SO hot, cannot get anything done around the place, certainly cannot cook and add to the heat!
Watered my plants and did 2 loads of laundry, and even that was a strain, it’s so hot! :(

Whenever there's this damn visitor, the dishes just piles up.

I don't like it.


I don't mind the dishes itself or it's workload.

I just don't like that visitor indirectly involving with the mess on the dishes. Mom might be a descent host, but...
It just annoys me the mess involves that particular visitor. I just don't like it that my mom makes a lot of mess involving that person when I had to clean it up.
