Here are the meals I eat:

scrambled eggs from my own little chickens.

Shepherds pie using lentils and mushrooms for mince... lots of gravy (preferably mushroom).

Vegetable soups. (Potato and leek, mushroom, carrot and orange, lentil soup or tomato.)

Mashed potatoes, veggies, and veggie sausages, with gravy.

Thai red curry,

thai coconut and mushroom soup...

I think that's it... though I do eat a lot of fresh fruit for breakfast.

Certified organic lacinato kale and garlic sauteed in a small amount of canola oil until wilted and then simmered with a can of progresso cream of mushroom soup and added this over a simmering hot baked potato. It was a last minute idea. I can't believe how good it was and am definitely going to make this again. Plus, there was enough left over for dinner tomorrow which I prepared for heating in the oven in a stoneware pasta bowl. I didn't need any protein because of the whole gain bread and peanut butter I had earlier which combined together makes a complete protein.

You bet Tektek! :) I'd be glad to. I'm a little bit worried about you with that diet of apple, water and coffee.

Before my history final I had a kingsize snickers and a 14 oz coke (the snack of people who make A's on exams) and now I'm having a six pack of soft tacos and a six pack of bully APA (the post exam meal of middle-aged dudes who can't fit in their pants anymore). 8)
