lets not spoil the topic,
overreacting parents have fear and guilt,
the hyperbole, is that autistic parenting?

i got into the running away,
then threats of more confinement

they refused counselling, they refused everything
after sixmonths of silent treatement i was thrown away

thank you for the party
i wasn't ever allowed to say no
but expected to come home somehow with their ideal son in law??
unsafe expectations ........................WHY ??????????

not all cinderella's get princes
 fact :|

you choose: redbeard, greenbeard, bluebeard, blackbeard or orangebeard

Another funny nursing blooper skit courtesy of my cousins and my sister.

... It's just my cousins' online class assignment.

With real nurses (aunts/neighbors/etc.) and supposedly doctors likely too busy doing their jobs just to assist my cousin.
Why not bug the next best thing who works in a hospital, which happened to be my sister?

Two days back at work and already eating poorly, can’t sleep, not exercising, in pain. Something has got to change.

There are times I wish this country is aware of Indochina politics as they are aware of American politics.

... Still kept seeing the memory image of a very old cat I've passed by earlier today.

Likely a cat that won't be living for very long now. I went to it, and it didn't moved much. In fact it moved rather slowly.

It was sitting with it's head down, asleep apparently, yet really weak, thin and apparently with dulled senses.
It wouldn't leave or get up from it's spot after I was going back home and it was raining.

Yes, there's a shift in me again.

And yes, you may shoot me for it.

I'm thinking of wearing a devil costume this Halloween.

Since the world is going to a certain very warm place in a hand basket, I may as well look the part.

Well I put my vote in...

But may be too little too late, with the way the world is going.

I don't understand why an adult would show off about being selfish.

A teenager - I get it.

Teen years are all about being edgy. Shocking people. Thinking you're the first to ever do that.

But there comes a time in life where you get a sense of yourself and the world around you. You start worrying about how you're seen. Not just 'do they think I'm cool' but 'do they think I'm nice' or even 'am I nice?'

And after so much pressure to be one thing or another, you eventually realise that the only thing that actually matters in life is being nice. Not how cool you are.

To be an adult and still in that edgy phase. That's kind of disturbing.

And on a superficial level I'm at the most edgy I've been in decades. I'm learning my love of horror shows and horror movies. But that's superficial stuff. I'm not coming out quoting (badly interpreted) Nietzsche and (well interpreted) Rand because I'm not 18 anymore.

Hmmm... I can think of 3;

One IS as it is described.
The stuck on edgy phase cause it looked 'cool rebel' as if they're above the norm or some provocative persona who like to shock people into attention.

Two is blantant egocentry.
Pride and power that they DO get away with what they want. Can go hand in hand with self loathing and misanthrophy, inferiority and superiority complexes.

The last and third one would be the complete opposite of the first two;
A human's acknowledgement that he or she is a flawed human being with an ego.
No self loathing or self worship here, only pure acceptance -- or at least an attempt for self forgiveness.

:skull:  There are layers to this crap.
