Inner fire is different from inner heat, inner burn, inner scorch, inner fiery and inner flame.

Does that make any sense?
... How am I going to explain if it's as nonsensical as this?

Might as well say the color red is different from color red and color red.
Even if I renamed the last two as ruby and rose, would that still make sense to others?

Renaming it in a different manner may mislead the context entirely.
It's like describing something hot with words associated with coldness or something very irrelevant which causes further confusion.

Think how this would be better:
Give it to Audrey. How would someone who isn't a battleaxe contend with being told they've dating someone whose wife has dementia?
Give it to Ken. How would a man cope with being told they've been dating someone whose husband has dementia?
Give it to a young/middle aged person. How would someone cope with being told they've dating someone whose partner has brain damage or something like that?
Young person from cheat's pov. Would David be tempted to cheat on Shona?

Instead of the exact same way of doing it. We know how a woman this age with this personality would deal, we have already been shown. Far too predictable.

There should be a tv sitcom, but maybe my idea is to good to say right now.
