I have been on a schedule for a week kinda....go to bed around 2 or 3 am and wakeup around 10 or 11 am....finally my body knows what's up. And those times are perfect, we aren't allowed to use the power past 1 pm and my favorite show comes on at 1:45-2 am. 8)
