I'm seeing my Naturopath today.
I like her but it brings back flashbacks of that last, fateful appointment.
We'll do the pumpkins afterward to cheer me up.


Also I need to pay back $445 to my employer before I can retire.
They didn't deduct enough from my pay in 2015.
WTF.
If I don't pay it I can't get my pension.

Bah Humbug.

Matthew Perry dying made me sad. I was never massively a Friends fan but I always liked him, particularly in Studio 60 and I saw him in a play in London. I read his book recently and he seemed like a profoundly broken human being but I had hoped he could find some sort of happiness in life.

The life expectancy for Level 2 ASD ranges from 50-60 years old. Having just been diagnosed as ASD level 2, I find this rather disturbing, considering I’m 54.
