i do not know exactly what makes me unhappy, and so i can not take action against it.
i wish i knew why i am sad, but i can not work it out, and so i will remain sad until i do.

i think that my seriously outdated mind chip can not keep up with the progress of the world, and i will be swamped by the rest of the world if i can not hide away in my house alone.

I think I understand this. I hope you can pinpoint what is upsetting you and deal with it. It's horrible when people ask what is wrong and no answer can be given. Without an explanantion, there is no datum point to progress to a better state of mind.

I hope you are just tired and there isn't a bigger problem there. Have a good night sleep.

As for me, I went all emotionally fragile again this morning at work (yet again) and had to have another time-out after I was discovered crying in the toilets, and now I have a terrible headache and every smell is making me feel sick and is hurting me like crazy.

I'm on "staycation" and there's lots of things that need doing and now I have the time to do them. But I can't get started. After hours of stymied inactivity I have gone to get gas, deposited my paycheck and taken the recycling, all within a mile radius. Why am I so exhausted? I already took one nap today and now I'm ready for another. I hate feeling lazy.

I discovered that instead of actually delivering my package, they put it in a box at the post office and gave me a key to go get it. If I wanted to drive somewhere to do my Christmas shopping, I would've gone to the mall. I don't like/have trouble driving places I haven't been before and I have no clue where the post office is. And besides that I'm really sick, so I really don't feel like going anywhere at all and I'm sure the general public would appreciate me not spreading my germs around.

My PS3 is driving me crazy. It keeps signing out of PSN, and I can't even hold an internet connection for two hours.

It's just... :wall:

I had to guide exchange students around campus AGAIN. I hope no one noticed the multiple shut-downs and probably high amount of stimming. Luckily, I managed to be the porter and escaped the attention of most.

I had to buy a plug in kettle this afternoon. The stove one is too loud and it's smoking at the bottom because of the cooked on gunk that I can't remove. At least I won't get any complaints from my caretaker who lives acrossed from me.

Could be your internet that is at fault rather than your Playstation. But I suppose your laptop/desktop is steady so you've ruled that out? :chin: Maybe it's the wireless connection if you're using that. Wireless G on Playstation 3 isn't up to much. Or maybe it's PSN that's the problem.
