I sat in my bathroom all day even though I live alone. It just makes me feel more comfortable I guess. Since I seriously realized that I'm autistic I don't think I've done anything else.

Yesterday night was so great. The last hour or so of my day was spent playing Touhou 18.5, enjoying the fantastic music and getting 'in the zone' of dodging danmaku. I was happy-stimming. One of the best gaming experiences ever, just so cozy and fun. I love my special interest.

I'm back. I'm also off the coffee and ready to be myself here. That coffee does weird stuff to me. It makes me act tough and cheeky.

Nothing wrong with that, so long as it suits your nature.

I got lots of playtime tonight, which means I need to up my conditioning seriously. I spent most of my time on the bench struggling to get enough in the tank for the next shift.

I did get a shot on net, but considering I'm playing on wing I should be taking way more shots.

Oh well, I've got a week to improve my cardio. :skull: :heart:

If you want to make 2 minutes feel like an eternity, spend it playing hockey. :lol:

The same happens to me.
Some ppl are hypersensitive to caffeine, and it effects the entire emotional spectrum.

Caffeine is classed as a psychotropic:

my little sister gave me a pair of buzzing stunt magnets, also known as rattlesnake egg magnets. I've been looking for a fidget toy and this does the trick. good texture, noiseless, dynamic. very cool.

I'm crazy sensitive to caffeine, and the half-life of it in my body seems to be bounds beyond what other people normally experience. Apparently you can be lacking in an enzyme that processes it, so I guess that's probably me, because it just does. not. wear. off.


I drink a green tea sometimes if I know I have a lot to do or I've got a long run/workout ahead of me, but it makes me feel awful and affects my sleep no matter how early I have it. I had a half serving of my brother's pre-workout once before the gym (or a quarter of what he normally takes), and I was tripping out lol. I was doing lunges and it felt like my feet were sinking into the floor through the carpet, and my heart felt so wrong.
