Hello CockneyRebel!
I am working on liking myself before I can begin to love myself. :P

Good morning! :D

I started liking myself in the year 2000 and loving and accepting myself in 2009.

The only reliable way I've found of dealing with that is, er, don't go to bed at all. You could look on it as only missing out on two hours' sleep...
It works well enough but there's no guarantee you'll be in any fit state to enjoy the day. 8O

And 'afternoon all. :sunny:
Another miserable failure at getting up early: today I managed 12:30. Despite going to bed before 02:00 I didn't sleep until gone 04:00. Ho hum.
It's going to be fun on Wednesday night because I have to be up and about early on Thursday.

I was considering that, Cornflake, since it will be two hours ahead at the other end...

If you're able to get involved with something then the time flies by and having to stop what you're doing becomes the problem.
I suppose it's a balance between the certainty of being awake when you need to be and the state your head might be in as a result of an all-nighter - and ending up two hours ahead is only going to mess with that further.
Generally I find there's a point where the tiredness stops and a "second wave" of focus arrives. With me, that's usually around 04:00 so you might end up being quite perky!

Ah yes, the few times I've been up at that time, it happened to me at dawn!
Natural, I guess :P

I feel completely worn out and knackered. Maybe I'm coming down with something. Exhausted.

Jeez, why must I keep so much junk?
Just spent the best part of an hour trying to find some negatives (successful!) and rediscovered my hoard of "old stuff". I'd forgotten how much of it I'd accumulated - there are boxes full of it, mostly from my last house move - and they haven't been opened in years.
I have no idea why it's still here and I really should just chuck it all out - but can't.
