The absolute circus I'm going to be living in with my pets next week.

My dog and kitten will both be in cones and in pain, and there will be a carefully-orchestrated rotation between the three of them for eating, sleeping, and spending time with me. They can't be in the same room.

A dream of a person trying to kill me - after an adventure on my own - on a road He pointed a gun at me, but then shot it into the air - I had to jump of the cliff into a forest to escape him - the forest lead to an ocean - I swam through the ocean to find the nearest dock - he found me on the dock and I was really scared - but turns out he was really nice, maybe a physcopath though, in real life he's not the first physcopath I've attracted into my life, and in dreams - we talked about music for a while though, I was really anxious though and he was confident - in the dream and I woke up.

Next time it's obvious that someone only gets their political knowledge from tabloid newspapers, daytime TV, generalised own experience, Reddit, Twitter and Youtube videos with no academic footnotes, I'm ignoring them.

Food...food is what is on my mind at this moment in time. In fact I'm so hungry that its becoming increasingly difficult to focus on anything else. I even toyed with the idea of ordering a takeaway.

All logic about healthy eating seems to diminish with the feeling of my tummy eating itself.

I have managed to fight this feeling however and muster the strength to prepare for myself a good and healthy meal.
