I forgot to take my ADHD meds. It makes me very tired as well, so I've been dragging myself around all day. It was too late to take them when I remembered.

I'm also thinking about the avocado seed I'm trying to get to sprout. My dad ruined the other little sapling and now I'm trying to see if I can grow another one. So far it's not working. lol

I don't remember much about how I felt when I took Ritalin as a kid, but I do know that I was 10x more awake with it, and if I didn't take it I felt sooo exhausted. When I went off of it staying fully awake in school was hell. lmao

Driving to the city tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to it.

My mom is unsure whether she has a cold or COVID. I’ve been having some stuff with my head for the past couple of days that I thought was migraine-related, except that my migraines only last one day, except for a bit of a “migraine hangover” the next day sometimes. It doesn’t quite hurt, but it feels very uncomfortable. So now I’m wondering if it might be COVID-related, because I know headaches and stuff can be a sign of COVID.

My immune system is overall very hardy, my body is very reluctant to run a fever, I have no doubt that if I got it, I would only get a mild case. And if not, well, if it’s my time to go, that’s that. I really don’t care at all whether I have it or not. I just don’t want to be responsible for giving it to anyone else.

Forgot to mention that I also started feeling run down today, which leads me to suspect that whatever my mom has, I’m getting it, too. And I’m pretty sure it’s a cold since it seems to mostly be upper respiratory stuff for her.

Just a little freaked out, my mom told me that like all her side of the family are Trumpers and well I know some of my dads side of the family for sure are. Even my dad was never like super against Trump though he was able to acknowledge some things he was doing wrong and he's a good person but I am still afraid to ask what he thinks about the insurrection.

But like I am pretty much a socialist, my mom was telling me to call my grandparents because they'd like to hear from me and I should tell them thank you for the christmas money. But I don't want to talk to them...I can at least maybe write a card because I can just put nice things and sent it. But for sure I am worried if I get them on the phone they will spout trumpy stuff and I'll get angry and yell at them and I don't want to do that. Because I don't want to offend family members but I just can't believe they all bought into that crap.

Part of me wants to show up to the next family reunion with a BLM t-shirt and a Joe Biden mask and maybe to really show off some american flag print pants, as I am sure now they all likely prefer the blue line flag, but most of me just doesn't want to bother showing up at all.

This site has pretty much demolished every positive stereotype I've had of autistic people.

On the up side, at least I know my logical brain is a result of hard work on my side & avoiding pseudoscience rather than simply something natural.

I was looking at more stuff from elementary school and I found papers talking about my lack of eye contact, motor skill issues, speech issues, and a plethora of other problems in Kindergarten. I also found out that I couldn't recite the alphabet properly in the second grade. lmao

Some of the things I found are really funny, but some others are just frustrating because they're like a checklist for autism symptoms. I don't get how I've gone so long without a proper diagnosis.

I should have gone for a walk this afternoon. I took a nap instead. I woke up with the shakes. I had to have an early dinner to stop the shakes.

Rocking chairs. I may want one. A big and a very sturdy one, no less.

So I sat slumped on the rocking chair during the wake.
 And I've been rocking for hours.   While on my phone. While eating. While watching and listening.

I don't know whether to have chips with my tea or bread.

I'm not going to translate that sentence for an international audience. You either get it or you don't.

Trying to stay awake. I've felt drowsy for a lot of today despite getting plenty of sleep.

Might have something to do with spring being round the corner. Have you not heard?

With the snow been gone for 9 days and the temperature not being freezing cold, it does feel like Spring has just started.
