One of my managers told me I looked really masculine today and another coworker told me that I'm "really strong" while helping her. Both were very validating gender-wise.

I bought groceries, I haven’t bought groceries in two weeks, I paid more money, I wanted Doritos & macaroni salad, I got some greek yogurts, it different, it has 80% less sugar. I order food from a restaurant for the first time in over a year or two.

Two things.

1. I got half the front yard done before my body said nope, time to stop. I call it a win. I feel like death now, but I made some progress. That pleases me.

2. I'm finally starting to adjust to the new lower nicotine level for the vape thing and not hitting it constantly like a fiend. One year after starting this cutting down adventure, I'm officially on the lowest nicotine level available locally. Next step is to cut the 3% with 0% and then eventually get to 0. I got this.
