I'm not surprised, it should be epic. When I lived in the city, I used to pass a hall that always had an orchestra practising, it was classical music 99% of the time. One day when I was passing they started playing the Star Wars theme , I just stood there listening and getting goosebumps - it was awesome.

It's supposed to be raining off and on all day today. I can stay in, kick back and relax, and not worry about fussing with the yard today. Also, I really like the sound of rain...so calming and it makes it easy for me to get my mellow on in the rain. It's also cooler today than it has been all week. I'm calling that a definite win as well. All in all the day is rather comfortable.

Baby pigeon is alive, despite being put back in nest, despite nest being entirely relocated, despite loosing an eye, despite being pestered by flies yesterday. Checked on it, reinforced the nest with a twig and it was pecking at me. It's going to be the Mike Tyson of pigeons.

Looking at fabric at Joanns for my blanket. I found cute, smooth, silky bunny fabrics. I also found Zelda(! !!) fabric. Those aren't the texture I want though, so I think I'll get the smooth, stretchy bunny one and then find some in the texture I want and make a two layer blanket. My baby blanket had 2 layers (at one point lol).

^ Ooohhhh.... I used to love Joannes. They have some of the best stuff. Good luck with your blanket project. I imagine it will be well worth it.

What made me happy today... telling people to piss off made me happy today. I needed space today to rest and recover and I sooo got it. It was needed. I like it when I have it in me to tell people no. It's an ability I sometimes have success with. Today I rocked it.

The best videogame I played last year was Immortality, but it has zero replay value and that makes me sad. Today a making of documentary just came up on YouTube and I am going to watch the living crap out of that once I've finished work.
