Who do public figures befriend?

Being a public figure in general must be exhausting already I assume as you're always in the spotlight and everyone has an opinion about you hoping for you to suffer for their entertainment and sensation.

But then I wonder, what and how where would be a safe environment for these people to make friends?

You always see these stories about controversies involving public figures and their fans / people who's look up to them, and of course it's on the public figure as it's their responsibility.

There's also stories about the toxic environment in which their "friends" would throw each other under the bus for their own personal gain.

How they do they make friends? Other public figures are toxic, opening up about your in securities and feelings towards fans in a private setting is a bad idea. Do they befriend strangers who don't know about their publicity? Do they go to private support groups? Do they anonymously browse on Internet forums?

Family? But what if their family isn't supportive? Therapy? (Can you be friends with your therapist??)

I'd be friends with lonely misunderstood public figures if they need someone. They'll have their privacy, I won't spill any beans about them :)

idk I must be overthinking this, I have to go to sleep it's 4 am, my alarm goes off soon.

It seems to me that the world is still the same as it was in 1984. Nothing has changed. I felt uninspired, so I went home and stayed there after going a couple places to get my groceries.

I had a bad dream and am now thinking of someone I don't want to think about.

Playing Block Puzzle for three hours and listening to Inhaler's Ice Cream Sundae on repeat for the same amount of time. Thought I'd take a break to check this out. Now I'll probably go back to doing the same.

I have no idea where my window cleaning stuff went, but I need to find it or buy some more. The dog 'snout marks' on the one window seem to be staring me down. I feel called out for not cleaning the window for awhile atm.

That SPCA commercial is on, again. I see that wide-eyed dog every time I go to sleep at night, now.

Whether jobs, businesses or anything like that, will be able to legally mandate Covid shots

One nap today and yesterday

Two naps the day before that

Expelled from all the schools

Made redundant from all the "jobs"

Evicted

Dumped

Exhausted all the time

Exhausted all the options a longfuck time ago

No interest in anything

Defective carcass rapidly getting fatter regardless of carbohydrates

Autism

Homophobia

Loud noises

Psychobabble Extroverts

Things that happened a long time ago

"Holier than thou" f**ktards

Upheaval

Wreak havoc

Misunderstood

Corporal punishment recipient

Naked

Misunderstood fragile vulnerable exposed

Zero job prospects

Smoke and mirrors

Limiting reagent

Life, it seems, will fade away
Drifting farther every day
Getting lost within myself
Nothing matters, no one else
I have lost the will to live
Simply nothing more to give
There is nothing more for me
Need the end to set me free

(Metallica, “Fade to Black”)

That’s what’s been on my mind for the past decade or so, more poignant the past few weeks than ever before. Now I’m too selfish to care about the effect it might have on anyone else, I’m just done.

Got vaccinated now. Because my workplace is deemed to be a frontline workplace

It's been over 5 hours, and no notable effects so far.
Maybe tonight, maybe tomorrow. And the second dose, in around less than 2 months.

I'm getting over the guy who stopped talking to me months ago, and I've been managing to rekindle my friendships with two people. I've even started using an app again that I haven't used in years and am meeting new people on it. I've realized how much I am improving socially and mentally today, and I actually feel happy for once.
