That's correct. The Lie is #3.

I read "Notes from Underground" much later in life. I really enjoyed it. It reminded me very much of Solzhenitsyn's "One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich."

I like Russian Victorian realism. And Solzhenitsyn, a modern writer, too.

I hope it's #2, Feel.

Yes 2 was the lie. She had her teeth around my thumb while getting one injection, but only to say ‘it hurts mum’ not to bite me. And no danger to the vet.

1. I had a cat named Whitie who only hissed once in her Victorian life----when she received a shot for her flu from the Vet.

2. I had a girlfriend who had a Chihuahua who really took to me----perhaps a little too much at times.

3. I had a cat named Floyd who was a dog in every way----except that he meowed instead of barked.

The chihuahua sounds hilarious (and true).
