WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM SATURDAY TO 7 PM EST SUNDAY... Heavy snow with some sleet and freezing rain. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 16 inches. Ice accumulations of a trace up to two tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
