(I get anxious too. Especially when I'm in a situation that I find difficult - like being alone in a busy public place that I don't know well and I have to go to a checkout in a supermarket in a town I don't know well. The temperature heats up and I sweat and it's very difficult.)

The next person would be perfectly happy if they could live as a hermit somewhere.

I don't usually take a shower at all unless I have to. I prefer to take a bath each morning about 9-10am.
