I hate words for female body parts that end with the letter y.

"inappropriate"

"collectibles"

"lol"

"toilet"

"bling"

"ssshhh"

also, one for the more mature audiences: "breasts"

phrases:

"in the package/packaging"

"my bad"

that's everything I can think of offhand.

"By and by" or "by the by" MAKES NO SENSE. I have a friend that uses "by the by" and it bugs me so much.

Genre and adhere bug me greatly.

And when people mispronounce words like schedule. "shed-ule?" no. Say it right!

Asperjers? Say it right! its asper-grrrrs. That one really bugs me. There is no latin g sound in germanic(see what they did there?) languages.

I dont care how Lorna Wing says it. You pronounce someones name the way that they say it. Aspergers.

I also eschew the use of internet colloquialisms like LOL.

Other colloquialisms I hate are Y'all. Y'all go get an education and speak correctly, y'here?

I hate when people say "come on down". Especially when its to the north. I'm not living in a tree either, okay?

I prefer "aspie" & its plural over "Aspergers".......it just really does sound like *ss Burgers to me.

Over both of them, I prefer "mildly Autistic"

I hate when people say "its all in your head" one person already said that in an earlier post. Another saying I can't stand is "It is what it is." My dad says that way too much especially when things are going terribly wrong and it basically means to me that no one cares what happens it just happens. Who cares if we lose everything? Who cares if we all die? After all, "it is what it is!! !! !!"

Garbage. I can't stand hearing it or saying it - but seeing it written/typed doesn't bother me.
