Meeting people from online is kind of fun really. On another forum I used to frequent I gathered a number of friends and actually started meeting them when I was out of town on business and in the neighborhood.
Speaking of, I'm preparing to head back from Michigan to South Carolina this weekend, so if there is anyone in between who wants to do lunch and promises not to kidnap me let me know.

Like, a month in France and see Tallyman, a month in England to see Lau, Poopy and Superboyian, etc, and probably a couple of months in the U.S to meet all the 'yanks'.
I'd take a videocamera and film our meetings and post them up here and start a thread about it and live in a complete state of hyper agitation and collapse from nervous exhaustion afterwards!

Yanks? Who you callin' a Yank? I'd love to meet CockneyRebel, Orwell (We could talk about Linux/UNIX for hours) and Tim_Tex among others. Last time I remember, I think he lives within a few hours from San Antonio. Who I would really want to meet is someone on her who LIVES in San Antonio. Why? I live there!

I'd be willing to meet literally anyone. I just prefer larger gatherings. I run out of things to say quickly. Unless the person I talk to has an interest in my topics

I am really not very interesting in person...and I would imagine that many coming to visit my venue might easily find it overwhelming...The last person from WP who visited did...and never returned...
...and I wouldn't be in a very good mood and would probably be spazzing out and pacing all over the place, or else I would panic and hide out in the back...or I would feel the serious need to create a buffer between myself and them by drinking..and then I would just make a scary arse of myself.... 
It is not that I dislike anyone, but the prospect of meeting most people in person scares the bejeezus out of me....

Everyone seems pretty nice and insightful here.
I wouldn't mind meeting anyone here. I would be very nervous, but I would still like to meet someone.

I would like to meet many of the scandinavian aspies here, especially Henriksson, he's made some awesome Pokemon walkthrough's in the Games and Videogames forum, and he's very nice and cool to boot, it just downright sucks that he isn't around that much anymore, maybe it's because of schoolwork, if that's the case, i hope he gets some spare time eventually. (By the way, I don't think he lives to far away from me either ).
