That's fine if you're Cockney slang, not that it's that common anymore. I think though some people must be 'plastic' , to keep on following other members threads around the site, because they're constantly complaining about being short-changed or circuited, which doesn't make tolerating the rules of this site easy.
People in the South have cut down on the use of slang . The basic reason for that, is it doesn't serve a purpose when dealing with foreign exhange students or workforce reps.
Or maybe its because some people remember which side of the bureau they're dealing with.

I'm Canadian and sometimes I think Americans must assume I'm British while British people assume I'm American. I find that annoying, but more annoying to be mistaken for an American. :)
