well, jack! Some people don't give edam about cheese but that's ok, it's gouda.
Personally, I am eagerly waiting to start the next installment of "Sufi: Cheese Detective." I'd cheddar not start in on the cheese buns. I'll never munster up the courage to just walk away from it all! I know I should but who can resist when it's a brie"z"?
This just grates on my nerves!
Don't string me along and I don't wish to get creamed in the process.

I love Mozzarella cheese!

I buy blocks of it and string cheese and eat it as is. Sometimes I cut up apples too and put peanut butter on them.

Cheese keeps. Milk doesn't. You can store cheese, or send it to other places. You can't do that with milk. That's why we eat cheese.

That a great amount of time and ingenuity has gone into making it worth eating is secondary... :lol:

It provides a unique taste other foods don't have. It contains nutritional supplements other foods may not have.

if you combine cheese with meat, you get conjugated lineolic acids [CLAs] which are medium chain fatty acids which are good for you. so eat more cheeseburgers [cooked with ground round, of course]. :chef:

<Old thread>

I think we eat many things that taste good and are harmless. I like camembert, brie and blue vein cheeses. They go well with wine.

I enjoy cheese, especially on Mexican food. I like cheddar, mozzarella, ricotta, Swiss, and pepper jack, just to name a few.

Is this a reference to the fact that east asians tend to be lactose intolerent?

You want a lactose intolerent man to consume a diary product in order to get his groove on?

That IS rather vengeful.

I like a nice, strong, mature cheddar. I don't know how I can live without cheese in my life.
