I crave social interaction, and the quality of communication here is much better than it is for me in real life. The topics here are mentally stimulating and I don't have to sort through confusing hand gestures and speech patterns.

Along with some of the reasons above, the discussions and debates are more interesting than other sites I have been to. And, I can relate to the posts more often.

Because they'll reset your post count if they feel that you are spamming. :)

I guess I like voicing my thoughts and opinons on things when I'm not talking to anyone IRL.
I do speak to some members and ex members one-on-one so you could say I have friends here.

I am not allowed to talk about my special interest because they are beings I can see inside my mind and the name of them bothers people on this site, because they mistake it for the N word. Although I got lucky and gained at least a few supporters:)

I found out about this site because I was featured on here by a lovely person. The funny thing is, the person that featured me mentioned my beings and nobody complained. But when I talk about them, I get heck.

I figured since this was an Asperger's website people would be more open minded. But I still get the label of being a freak, or that I need professional help. There is an article about me on Encyclopedia Dramatica, and sadly enough most people on here believed I deserved the article. The article contains some of my postings I've made in the past about my beings, that I admit are quite explicit. But I don't find anything funny about the article, because I know for sure I am not insane nor an insult to others with Asperger's.

Just because I believe in something that may seem totally odd to the normality of most people doesn't mean I am a threat to others with Asperger's. I don't get how I am an insult to people with Asperger's.

I am just being who I am.....and won't ever change. :)

Never let anyone tell you who you are! Only you know who you are :)
